Services can include edging, hedge trimming, leaf blowing, and general clean up. Cloud 9 also completes one-time and specialty services such as aerating, fertilizing, eaves cleaning, tree banding, and pet waste removal.

Professional monthly services will be taken care of on a regular basis and include cutting with regularly sharpened blades and full trimming in the yard. Aerating and fertilizing are best used together to help keep the grass growing strong. For fertilizer we use Scotts Premium Turf Builder No Burn Fertilizer (29-2-4). This is a premium fertilizer containing 2% iron and helps to control the spread of weeds. With the fall application we use Scotts Winter Care Fertilizer.
Eaves cleaning is provided year round, but recommended in the spring and fall to ensure proper flow for correct drainage and the least amount of stress to your system. We will ensure all debris is cleaned and bagged properly. We will further pressure wash the entire eaves system to ensure full unrestricted flow for the water. Further services involve installing guard systems and general eave repairs.
Tree banding services provided are recommended in the spring. We will wrap the trees with an insulation package, duck tape the top and bottom seams, and then coat the entire surface with a proper tar.
